- •Personal liability. Generally intended to respond to third-party bodily injury or property damage you are liable for at the home.

Frequently asked questions
Is manufactured home insurance the same as mobile home insurance?
They overlap heavily. “Manufactured home” refers to factory-built homes constructed to the federal HUD code (June 1976 and later); “mobile home” is the older term. Many carriers write both under similar programs.
Can I get coverage if I lease the lot?
Yes — coverage is generally available whether you own the land or rent a space in a community. Tell us your situation and we can match you to a fitting program.
What if I’ve had a prior claim?
Options exist for homes with prior claims. Calling 833-844-4357 is often the fastest way to find a program that fits.
